DESCRIPTION:Dementia Friendly Fauquier February\, 2024\n\nTraining For Fauquier Businesses\n\n\nIt's a challenge for those living with dementia\, and their caregivers\, to remain active in their communities when they are forgetful\, or manifest symptoms that seem "strange" to those who aren't familiar with the impairment.\n\nBe a part of a growing list of businesses who have become Dementia Friendly by joining in a short training session presented by Aging Together and our volunteers in conjunction with Dementia Friendly Central Virginia. You will receive a window decal for your business window announcing you are Dementia Friendly\, and a participant handout that you can review in detail\, or share with your staff\, for more information. \n\nSessions take place in person at the PATH Foundation\, 321 Walker Drive\, Warrenton VA 20186\n\n\n(This is a program specific to businesses.
