Cost: $35 for members and $40 for nonmembers. As this is considered a private event, we will not be able to accept any refunds if requested less than 8 days from the event.

• Refund Requests: Refunds will be issued for cancellations made at least 8 days before the event date.
• Non-Refundable Requests: We will not be able to grant refunds for cancellations made less than 8 days prior to the event date.
• Transfer of Registration: If a guest is unable to attend the event and has not provided notice of cancellation at least 8 days prior to the event, their registration may be transferred to the next occurrence, provided notice is received at least 24 hours before the original event date. Please contact us directly to arrange the transfer.
• Payment at the Event: If payment is not received in advance, please be prepared to provide payment at the event.
• Processing Time: Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days after the event cancellation request.
