The Story Behind Mycelia
What began as a college romance has grown into a shared culinary dream. With experiences spanning iconic kitchens like Canlis in Seattle, The Restaurant at Patowmack Farm, and Colby’s three years at the Michelin-starred SingleThread in California, Colby and Meagan now bring their passion project, Mycelia, to life. Rooted in connection, community, and sustainability, Mycelia celebrates the bonds between people, the land, and the flavors it provides.
