AGING IN COMMUNITY CONFERENCE & SIMULATION WORKSHOP

Most individuals prefer to age in place, yet barriers like housing affordability, transportation, and social isolation often interfere. This conference addresses these challenges through a simulation workshop designed to build empathy and generate actionable support strategies. The program will also explore the Village Model and other frameworks for successful aging in place. This conference is intended for anyone invested in aging in place, whether for themselves, a loved one, or the community at large.

Be an Exhibitor
Do you offer services, resources, or activities that support the ability of older adults to remain at home? We invite organizations to exhibit who provide assistance with social connectivity, transportation, home maintenance, ramps, food access, recreational activities, companionship, legal services, etc. 

$125 nonprofit fee / $250 Business fee 
(All exhibitor fees include 2 full conference admissions with lunch.)
