Join Hospice of the Piedmont for Death Over Drafts—an evening of community, connection, and real conversation, all in a relaxed brewery setting. While the topic might sound heavy, this isn’t a gloomy event. It’s a chance to gather, share stories, and talk more openly about something we all experience but don’t always discuss: death.

With guidance from trained facilitators and end-of-life doulas, we’ll use simple conversation prompts to help get things started. You’re welcome to share as much or as little as you’d like—whether you come to listen, reflect, or join in, there’s space for you.

At its core, Death Over Drafts is about connection. By talking more openly about death, we often find it helps us think more intentionally about how we live.

The conversation will be led by Beth Eck, Director of End-of-Life Doula Services at Hospice of the Piedmont.
