Family Yoga Games Workshop
Join us for a fun, family-oriented Yoga Games workshop! Instructor, Unyong Kim, from Stress Burner Yoga will be sharing easy-to-implement methods to reduce stress for children, ages 4-12, and the adults in their lives. This is the perfect place for moms, dads, grandparents, friends, and guardians to enjoy a fun activity with their children! Wear comfortable clothing and bring your yoga mats! Streets shoes are not allowed inside the dance studio so socks are recommended.
