Volunteer Management Training Series: Evaluation: Improving Results Using Data and Feedback Lynn Lauritzen, PATH Foundation Thursday, November 21 1:00 – 4:00 pm If you manage volunteers or plan events for your organization, please join us for this training series. Created by the Points of Light Foundation, these 6 interactive workshops support organizations as they build a sustainable volunteer program. Participants will form a comprehensive understanding of the major components of a nonprofit volunteer management program. In the final workshop of the series attendees will: -Build a strong foundation for evaluating volunteer engagement -Leverage logic models to plan and evaluate volunteer engagement -Calculate return on volunteer investment -Analyze and interpret data -Communicate evaluation results and ROVI Target Audience: Those with beginner or intermediate experience coordinating volunteers

Program attendance is complimentary for board, staff and volunteers of organizations operating within the PATH Foundation service area (northern Culpeper, Fauquier and Rappahannock counties). For participants from other organizations, a $25 charge applies.
