About the Speaker
Carol Ann Lloyd, MA, MEd, FRHistS, is a professional speaker and historian who delivers messages that strengthen executive presence, strategic communication, and long-term leadership development. Drawing on rigorous case studies from Shakespeare and history, she translates timeless leadership principles into practical tools for high-stakes professional environments. She has delivered programs nationally and internationally for leadership audiences across industries. She speaks globally for Smithsonian Associates and other organizations, translating Shakespeare’s stories into practical strategies for leadership, communication, and decision-making in a fast-changing world. She’s past-president of the National Speakers Association DC Chapter.
