Personal Assistant (Part – Time)
Job Overview:
I am seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented, proactive Personal Assistant to support me in managing my busy schedule, organizing personal records, and handling administrative tasks. With my upcoming role as CFO at a technology company beginning March 24th—and given my busy social calendar, and personal commitments, —I need a reliable partner to help keep me on track.
Key Responsibilities:
- Calendar & Scheduling:
- Maintain and manage calendars, schedule medical appointments, and coordinate meetings.
- Document & Record Management
- Organize and maintain personal records (e.g. tax paperwork, financial documents)
- Handle document scanning, digital filing, and archiving.
- Organize and scan family photos for personal archiving.
- Task & Administrative Support:
- Track and organize multiple to-do lists and ensure timely completion.
- Assist with basic bookkeeping tasks, bill paying and organizing tax paperwork.
- Manage overall paper and digital file organization.
- Address and send out Thank You cards.
- Address and send out Christmas cards.
- Assist with planning weekly menus and compiling grocery list.
- Coordinate and keep track of home maintenance schedules and schedule necessary appointments.
- Obtain service quotes.
- Coordinating travel.
- Weekly Planning Session
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Helpful to have proficiency with Microsoft Office.
- Familiarity with bookkeeping tools (e.g., QuickBooks, Excel) is a plus.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Tech-savvy and comfortable with scanning and organizing digital files.
- Trustworthy, reliable, and able to handle sensitive information with discretion.
$25 an hour
