Personal Assistant (Part – Time)

Job Overview:

I am seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented, proactive Personal Assistant to support me in managing my busy schedule, organizing personal records, and handling administrative tasks. With my upcoming role as CFO at a technology company beginning March 24th—and given my busy social calendar, and personal commitments, —I need a reliable partner to help keep me on track. 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Calendar & Scheduling:
    • Maintain and manage calendars, schedule medical appointments, and coordinate meetings.
  • Document & Record Management
    • Organize and maintain personal records (e.g. tax paperwork, financial documents)
    • Handle document scanning, digital filing, and archiving.
    • Organize and scan family photos for personal archiving.
  • Task & Administrative Support:
    • Track and organize multiple to-do lists and ensure timely completion.
    • Assist with basic bookkeeping tasks, bill paying and organizing tax paperwork.
    • Manage overall paper and digital file organization.
    • Address and send out Thank You cards.
    • Address and send out Christmas cards.
    • Assist with planning weekly menus and compiling grocery list.
    • Coordinate and keep track of home maintenance schedules and schedule necessary appointments.
    • Obtain service quotes.
    • Coordinating travel.
  • Weekly Planning Session
Skills & Qualifications:
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Helpful to have proficiency with Microsoft Office.
  • Familiarity with bookkeeping tools (e.g., QuickBooks, Excel) is a plus.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Tech-savvy and comfortable with scanning and organizing digital files.
  • Trustworthy, reliable, and able to handle sensitive information with discretion.
Compensation:
$25 an hour
