Excavator/Equipment Operator

Responsible for the operations of the excavating department of a design-build firm in support of custom new home and remodeling projects.
- The department has one position with several helpers as needed; the ideal person to fill this role has solid experience with equipment operation and maintenance and is interested in growing the department to take on more of a supervisory role in future.
- This position is primarily hands-on with the potential to grow into a leadership position in the company, taking the lead in planning, estimating, managing site work and other employees on GRB projects.
- Must have a minimum of 3 years excavating experience, ability to read site plans, skills (and desire!) to complete regular maintenance on equipment, and an excellent driving record. CDL not required.
- Salary: $25 to $35 based on demonstrated skills. Full benefits package including a company vehicle, tools, vacation & holiday pay, health and dental insurance, and retirement plan.
