Regional Mobility Specialist
Join the Regional Transportation Collaborative (RTC) Team!
The Rappahannock-Rapidan Regional Commission (RRRC) is seeking local applicants to serve as subject-matter experts in regional mobility and transportation solutions. These positions play a key role in supporting access to transportation for older adults, individuals with disabilities, and the broader community.
About the Role
Successful candidates will bring knowledge and/or experience in working with non-profits, government programs, human service organizations, or older adult services. These roles require a high level of accuracy, attention to detail, and a strong commitment to service. Applicants should have very good technical/computer skills as well as be resourceful, independent, and accountable, with the ability to research, interpret, and share accurate information with both clients and community partners.
Position Highlights
- Support regional mobility and transportation options through the RTC Mobility Center.
- Collaborate with community partners, volunteers, and service providers to expand access to transportation.
- Work primarily remote/hybrid, within a standard schedule, with some flexibility.
- Contribute to regional initiatives that improve quality of life and community livability.

Pay: $50,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
