Floater & Trainer responsibilities include:
• Effectively establish a rapport with caregivers and clients
• Fill in for client shifts to cover call outs
• Contact care providers and clients regarding day-to-day changes
• Manage client services as outlined in agreements and care plans
• Take initiative and determine actions to meet goals to prevent service failures
• Must be available every other weekend to help cover client shifts
• Must have an Active CNA License with the Board of Nursing
• Training and supervising other caregivers and aides
The ideal candidate will have:
• High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
• Active CNA License or NA Certificate awaiting State Board Testing
• One year of related office experience, scheduling and customer service
• Working knowledge of basic medical terminology
• Proficiency with Microsoft Suite and scheduling software
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to create and nurture long-lasting relationships
• Ability to effectively manage the demands of the job, manage on-call phone (evenings and weekends - with extra pay/stipends)

Job Type: Full-time Pay: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour Expected hours: 40 – 50 per week
