Carissa Wadding is a strategic human resources leader and founder of Vantage HR Consulting, where she partners with small businesses and nonprofits to align people strategies with business objectives. She also serves as the Director of Human Resources at Chambers Theory, bringing expertise in talent management, employee relations, organizational development, compliance, and HR operations.

Known for translating organizational vision into actionable strategy, Carissa has a proven track record of optimizing HR processes and systems, driving operational excellence, and building high-performing, people-centered workplaces. She is skilled at balancing day-to-day HR operations with long-term strategic initiatives while fostering collaboration and informed decision-making across organizations.

Carissa holds bachelor's degrees in Psychology and Sociology and is a Society for Human Resource Management Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) and active SHRM member. She also serves on the Board of Directors for the Fauquier Community Child Care (FCCC), reflecting her commitment to strengthening organizations and supporting her local community. She is passionate about helping leaders navigate change, develop their people, and create workplaces where both employees and businesses thrive.
