The Fauquier Times is an extraordinary community asset that has been serving the information needs of local residents for more than 200 years. In the last decade, it charted a new direction to ensure local news reporting would not die as it has in many other communities when it was purchased by the nonprofit Piedmont Journalism Foundation. The Times today works to inform and serve readers to protect the public interest.
