LMJ Strategy is an operations consultancy that helps small business owners build clear, sustainable systems that support growth. We work primarily with solopreneurs and small teams who feel overwhelmed by inefficient processes, administrative bottlenecks, or tools that don’t work well together.

Founder Laura James partners directly with business owners to evaluate workflows, streamline operations, implement practical systems, and create structure that saves time and reduces friction. Services include 1:1 strategy sessions, systems implementation, workflow and SOP development, and small-group operational masterminds.

LMJ Strategy is not a virtual assistant service or task-based support model. Instead, we provide solutions-focused operational strategy designed to equip owners with clarity, confidence, and independence in how their business runs.
