My passion for baking began at an early age. After venturing into the hotel industry at the Hotel and Culinary School of Santa Barbara, California, I somehow managed to stumble onto the very unexpected culinary art of baking, and haven’t looked back. In 2011 I decided to take this sweet business full time and expand into all types of desserts! I fell in love with decorated cookies, cakes, pies and more! I continued my education taking as many classes I could find to grow as the business was taking off. After I was married in 2014 I fell in love with making my own wedding cake and began offering wedding cakes as well! In 2022 I decided to take the bakery Nut Free and Allergy Friendly, as a parent to kids with severe food allergies I understand the struggle to offer safe sweets.
