About Us
TOPKNOTCH INNOVATIONS, LLC Building on the success of TopKnotch Drone Solutions, we (Travis and Kaitlyn Faile) are proud to introduce TopKnotch Innovations, LLC. We are merging our professional worlds to serve Fauquier County in three ways.
TOPKNOTCH DRONE SOLUTIONS (AVIATION) Led by Travis (FAA Part 107 Chief Pilot), we provide premium aerial mapping, thermal imaging, and construction data. We are also launching Drone Safety & Flight Training workshops to give local students hands-on aviation experience.
TOPKNOTCH INNOVATIONS (CREATIVE TECH) We now include Commercial Photography, 3D Printing, and Rapid Prototyping. Travis brings an "artsy twist" to technical services, offering custom designs and professional media for local businesses.
THE TOPKNOTCH LEARNING LAB (EDUCATION) Our passion project. Led by Kaitlyn (Director of Education), the Lab is a specialized STEAM Microschool for gifted and 2e homeschool learners. After leaving the public classroom, Kaitlyn realized a critical gap existed. We are building the learning space we wish existed—a low-sensory, high-intellect environment where students are safe, seen, and excited to explore science, stories, and empathy.
OUR MISSION We are accepting inquiries for our pilot cohort and scouting commercial space in Warrenton to provide a "Safe Harbor" for families.
ABOUT US Travis has 10+ years of field experience. Kaitlyn holds Masters degrees in Teaching and Writing, is a licensed VA educator, and is an EMBA candidate.
