Family Nurse Practitioner Haleigh Sanfilippo joins Dominion Internal Medicine

Dominion Internal Medicine welcomes Haleigh Sanfilippo, MSN, FNP-BC, the second board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner to join the practice since it was established in 2013 by founding physicians Michael Ackerman, DO, Jennifer Ackerman, DO, and Robert Lin, MD. Lisa Springer, MSN, FNP-BC, joined the practice in 2018.

Haleigh’s clinical experience includes routine wellness visits and chronic disease management with a special focus on preventive care, early risk identification, and health maintenance. She strives to build strong, lasting relationships with her patients.

Prior to earning her Master of Science in Nursing – Family Nurse Practitioner (MSN, FNP) degree from the University of Alabama in Huntsville, Haleigh worked as a Registered Nurse for several healthcare systems in emergency department, ICU, and urgent care settings.

Haleigh is currently accepting new patients.
