At All of You Counseling, we offer a welcoming therapeutic space where we invite you to bring your whole self, all of you.  We work first and foremost to help you feel a sense of safety and respect.  We collaborate to help you bring about change in your life.  Like many practices, we work with young adults and adults struggling with anxiety, depression, and life challenges, and couples facing communication and relationship difficulties.  We provide evidence-based mental health therapies, ranging from CBT and DBT to mindfulness, self-compassion, and somatic work.  Unlike other practices, we also specialize in working with adolescents, neurodiverse clients (ADHD and autism), and the LGBTQIA+ community.  We recognize that you are the expert in your experience. We are here to help when things feel hard or stuck.
