Cost: $35 for members and $40 for nonmembers. 

Cancelation Policy:
Please note that our cancellation policy is in place because the Chamber must coordinate with third parties for event staff, space, food, and beverages. These services are booked in advance, and last-minute cancellations result in the Chamber being charged for the anticipated costs.

• Refund Requests: Refunds will be issued for cancellations made at least 8 days before the event date.
• Non-Refundable Requests: We will not be able to grant refunds for cancellations made less than 8 days prior to the event date.
• Transfer of Registration: If a guest is unable to attend the event and has not provided notice of cancellation at least 8 days prior to the event, their registration may be transferred to the next occurrence, provided notice is received at least 24 hours before the original event date. Please contact us directly to arrange the transfer.
• Payment at the Event: Cash, check or credit card payment for the amount due will be expected upon arrival to the event if payment was not submitted at the time of registration. If payment is not received in advance, please be prepared to provide payment at the event.
• Processing Time: Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days after the event cancellation request.
