Small Projects & Home Services Technician

Description of Work

You’ll work directly with our Small Projects Division Manager to complete a wide variety of residential repair and maintenance projects, including:

  • Trim carpentry & light framing
  • Drywall repair & patching
  • Interior/exterior painting & caulking
  • Tile repairs
  • Door & window installation
  • Basic plumbing & electrical work

You’ll also:

  • Maintain clean, safe, and organized jobsites
  • Communicate daily progress with clients
  • Support project setup, execution, and completion
  • Ensure work meets GRB’s high standards of quality

Requirements:

  • Experience in residential remodeling, handyman services, or similar trades
  • Working knowledge across multiple trades (carpentry, drywall, painting, etc.)
  • Strong attention to detail and pride in your work
  • Ability to work independently and follow direction
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to lift, carry, and perform physically demanding work consistently.

This is a full-time position with regular hours Monday thru Friday.
