Small Projects & Home Services Technician
Description of Work
You’ll work directly with our Small Projects Division Manager to complete a wide variety of residential repair and maintenance projects, including:
- Trim carpentry & light framing
- Drywall repair & patching
- Interior/exterior painting & caulking
- Tile repairs
- Door & window installation
- Basic plumbing & electrical work
You’ll also:
- Maintain clean, safe, and organized jobsites
- Communicate daily progress with clients
- Support project setup, execution, and completion
- Ensure work meets GRB’s high standards of quality

Requirements:
- Experience in residential remodeling, handyman services, or similar trades
- Working knowledge across multiple trades (carpentry, drywall, painting, etc.)
- Strong attention to detail and pride in your work
- Ability to work independently and follow direction
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to lift, carry, and perform physically demanding work consistently.
This is a full-time position with regular hours Monday thru Friday.
