2026 Leadership Fauquier Cohort Applications Are Open Now!

Leadership Fauquier is seeking applicants for our 2026 cohort for our 9-month signature community development and leadership program that will start in September 2025.  We are looking for current and emerging leaders who have lived and/or worked in Fauquier County for at least 1 year, and who have a passion for our mission to create a thriving community through informed and connected leaders. We are interested in a diverse group of people from public, private, and the government sectors who are seeking to grow in their leadership within our community and give back.

Deadline for applications is July 18, 2025, and there are applications available online for need based scholarships.
