NPSC is excited to welcome Bill Morris as our new Director of Basketball Operations. Bill is a native of Northern Virginia and a graduate of George Mason University. After college, he joined the Falls Church Parks and Recreation Department where he supported a variety of youth sports programs for 7 years.
