Meridian Financial Partners will host a free, community webinar on Wednesday, October 14 from 12:00 to 1:00 PM ET, featuring retired FBI Special Agent Jeff Lanza. The session, titled "Protecting Yourself from Fraud and Cybercrime," covers how criminals target people through mail, text, email, phone calls, and compromised accounts, along with practical steps attendees can take to protect themselves.

Lanza spent over twenty years as an FBI Special Agent investigating cybercrime, organized crime, human trafficking, and terrorism. He has lectured at Harvard and Princeton, authored two books on fraud prevention, and appeared in a Netflix documentary about the FBI. He regularly appears on national television to discuss cybercrime and fraud.
