This July, the Fauquier Chamber of Commerce introduced a new company into their repository headed by one of the youngest founders they’ve had yet: TimeCrunch Media. Created by 19-year-old university student Carter Wadding, TimeCrunch Media specializes in tailored, industry-grade marketing services, ensuring premium quality no matter the scale of the project. Founded in 2022, TimeCrunch Media started out as a personal suite for creative media production. Today, TimeCrunch Media has expanded to offer a diverse network of services, covering everything from simple video projects to full scale marketing strategy and management through campaigns and social media.

Owner Carter Wadding is a second-year media studies major at the University of Virginia. Carter intends to pursue a career in marketing, seeking to enhance business strategy and brand representation through his efforts. “It’s truly an honor to be a part of the Fauquier Chamber, and I’m looking forward to the opportunities the future holds,” says Wadding. His placement as an intern for Leadership Fauquier this summer through the PATH Foundation has played a vital role in his development of TimeCrunch Media as an all-encompassing marketing company, as Wadding offered his perspective concerning the need faced by small businesses: “As a small business owner, you are solely responsible for the success of your company on every front, and inevitably, some facets have to take priority over others. For a lot of businesses, one of those neglected areas tends to be marketing. When it takes such a considerable amount of effort to operate as a small business, the last thing a brand should have to worry about is a steady flow of customers to enjoy what they provide. TimeCrunch Media wants to ensure that stability, regardless of how much assistance is required.”

Looking forward, Carter plans to complete his bachelor’s degree and to grow the clientele of his company. He voiced great appreciation for the Chamber, Leadership Fauquier, and the PATH Foundation, stating, “they’ve offered me such compassionate guidance as a member of the Chamber, as an intern, and as a community member. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience.” Carter is thrilled to continue working alongside the Chamber and collaborate with the businesses of Fauquier County, and he looks forward to seeing what the future holds. “Fauquier County already has such an amazing sense of community, and I look forward to contributing towards that dynamic through the work I do and the relationships I forge.”
