About Us
As a certified Health & Life Coach I help smart men and women create powerful lasting results in any area of their lives in which they feel stuck. I am Swedish. I met my American husband in Sweden and moved to Fauquier (Orlean) 2001. My backstory is as a dancer and international swing dance instructor. Coaching, self development, and helping people experience more of what really matters in their lives has always been a passion of mine. Sometimes we simply need help to take on the change we often very well know need to take place, in order to live a healthier and more fulfilled life here and now.
